Following Sara’s death, Mr. Sharif and Batool traveled to Pakistan with other relatives shortly after the incident, raising further suspicions about their actions.
In a troubling twist, Mr. Sharif reportedly confessed to police about killing Sara shortly after arriving in Islamabad.
