Youth and work: a crucial event for the future of SMEs
Tomorrow, Rome will host an important event entitled “Youth and Work, Challenges and Solutions for Artisans and SMEs”. The event, organized by Cna, will take place at the Auditorium del Massimo in via Massimiliano Massimo 1, starting at 11. This annual meeting represents an essential platform to discuss issues related to youth employment and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Event Program
The opening of the works will be characterized by a message from the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella. This intervention will constitute a significant institutional framework, underlining the importance of the topic discussed.
Following this, Daniele Monterosi’s theatrical monologue, entitled “Young People and Work”, will offer food for thought on the dynamics that link the new generations to the world of work.
The event will continue with the voice of the young people themselves, who will bring direct testimonies regarding their relationship with employment. The artist Francesco Fanucchi will entertain the participants with a stand-up comedy performance, trying to address the challenges of the labor market in a light but incisive way.
Subsequently, the president of Cna, Dario Costantini, will present an analysis of the association’s commitment to supporting young professionals and artisans. The session will also see the participation of institutional figures such as Adolfo Urso, Minister of Business and Made in Italy, and Giuseppe Valditara, Minister of Education.
Towards a Sustainable Future
This event offers a valuable opportunity to reflect on the future challenges that await young people in the world of work. The growing importance of SMEs in the Italian economic context requires continuous interaction between institutions and new generations.
The dialogue initiated during the event could become a catalyst for concrete initiatives in favor of training and youth employment. With the support of institutions and the commitment of associations such as Cna, it is hoped to outline effective strategies that can guarantee a more promising working future for young Italians.
