Brave Woman Fights Off Knife Attack in Dark Park
A woman was attacked at knifepoint in a disturbing incident that appears to be sexually motivated, but she bravely fought off her assailant using a flashlight, according to police reports.
A recent episode linked to a sexual assault complaint involved Leonardo Apache La Russa, son of the president of the Senate, and his friend DJ Tommaso Gilardoni. Both are currently under investigation in Milan. The lawyer of the alleged victim has submitted a request to the Prosecutor’s Office to acquire the telephone records of Enrico Pazzali, investigated as part of an investigation into dossiers.
The question of the lawyer Stefano Benvenuto is motivated by new information that emerged from the investigations regarding the activities of the investigation company Equalize, led by Pazzali, self-suspended president of the Fondazione Fiera Milano. It was discovered that Pazzali had asked his collaborators to carry out searches on the president of the Senate and his children on May 19, 2023. That same night, the young woman met Leonardo Apache in a nightclub in Milan. She would later wake up at La Russa’s house with no memory of the incident, convinced that she had been abused. Subsequently, the next day, she went to the Mangiagalli clinic for tests and filed a complaint against La Russa junior about a month after the event.
The lawyer intends to clarify whether there were contacts between Pazzali and La Russa regarding the searches carried out by Equalize on May 19. The documents show that Pazzali asked himself if “Leonardo has nothing on intelligence?” regarding the senator’s son. Although there is a temporal coincidence between the two investigations, at the moment no further connections have been found. So far, the lawyer’s request has not been examined by public prosecutor Francesco De Tommasi, who is leading the investigation into the reports created with confidential information taken from databases.
This complex situation raises questions about how justice will address sexual violence cases and about practices related to privacy and private intelligence. As the investigation evolves, it will be essential to follow the developments to better understand the context in which these public figures operate and the legal implications of their actions.

The recent investigations in Milan, together with others that have highlighted illicit practices related to dossier collection, raise questions about the seriousness of the behavior of those who can exploit illegally obtained data.
