Presentation of the 2025 Calendar of the State Police
Today, at 5:00 p.m. at the Gazometro in Rome, the presentation of the 2025 Calendar of the State Police will take place. The event will be attended by the Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosi, and the Chief of Police, Prefect Vittorio Pisani. For those who cannot be present in person, a live streaming will be available on ANSA.it.
An exceptional photographic project
This year, the photographic project was created by the well-known photographer Eolo Perfido, specialized in street photography and recognized internationally. His black and white images capture not only the daily operations of the State Police, but also more intimate moments that reveal significant exchanges between officers and citizens.
Perfido was able to illustrate the institution’s motto: “always be there”, highlighting the importance of the bond between the Police and the community.
His work offers an authentic vision of the human interactions that take place on a daily basis, transforming the calendar into a true visual story of public service.
Charity and solidarity
The proceeds from the calendar sales will go to charitable initiatives. Part of the resources will go to support the Marco Valerio Plan, a project dedicated to assisting the families of police officers with children affected by serious illnesses. The other part of the funds will be used to finance “School in a Box”, an initiative promoted by the Italian Committee for UNICEF that aims to guarantee the right to education even in crisis contexts.
The event will be hosted by Eleonora Daniele and will see the participation of illustrious figures from the world of culture and entertainment, such as Bruno Vespa, Beppe Vessicchio, Gigi Marzullo and Alessandro Siani.
A look to the future
This calendar is not only a tribute to the work of the State Police but also an opportunity to strengthen the bond between law enforcement and the community. With initiatives like these, the importance of supporting those in difficulty and promoting education as a fundamental right is emphasized. The combination of art, social commitment and solidarity offers a positive perspective for the future of cooperation between institutions and citizens.
