The Navy ship Libra, which is responsible for transferring migrants to Italian centers in Albania, will resume operations in the central Mediterranean early next week. The vessel is currently still in Messina. According to several newspapers, the ship will monitor the possible influx of migrants and, if necessary, take them on board. It will then organize transfers to the Shengjin hotspot in Albania for those who fall into the categories established by the protocol with the Albanian government.
