The Navy ship Libra, which is responsible for transferring migrants to Italian centers in Albania, is expected in the central Mediterranean early next week. The vessel is currently still in Messina. As reported by some newspapers, the ship will be tasked with monitoring possible arrivals of migrants and, if necessary, taking them on board. It will then organize the transfer to the Shengjin hotspot in Albania for those who fall into the categories established by the protocol agreed with the Albanian government.
