On November 3, it will be possible to visit state museums and archaeological parks at no cost thanks to the #domenicalmuseo initiative, and on November 4, on the occasion of National Unity Day and Armed Forces Day, the same opportunity will be available. During the All Saints' Day long weekend, on November 1 and 2, visits to cultural sites will follow the normal paid access methods, while on the following days entry will be free.

November 3 marks a new appointment with #domenicalmuseo, an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture that allows free access to state museums and archaeological parks every first Sunday of the month. For some of these places, it may be necessary to book in advance. The Ministry reported that over 354,000 visitors were registered on October 6. You can consult the updated list of participating museums on the official page of the Ministry.

November 4th represents the third occasion of free access in the year, joining other significant dates such as April 25th and June 2nd, as established by the Minister of Culture. These extraordinary openings are dedicated to events of historical importance and are in addition to the twelve free openings planned by the #domenicalmuseo initiative.

To facilitate visits on this special day, several museums have decided to postpone their Monday closing times, thus allowing greater enjoyment of their collections. All visits will follow the opening hours of each museum, with the possibility of having to book entry where required.

Those who wish to visit museums are advised to plan their visit using the Musei italiani app or by visiting the official websites of the various museums to obtain detailed information on access methods and any necessary reservations.
