Auroras Autopsy Shocking Revelations About Investigated Boyfriend
In the afternoon in Pavia, the autopsy will take place regarding the case of Aurora, the thirteen-year-old girl who died in Piacenza on October 25 after falling from a building.
On October 25, a key witness reportedly observed Aurora, the 13-year-old who died in Piacenza, along with her boyfriend, the 15-year-old arrested for murder, shortly before the young girl fell from the building. The witness reportedly said he saw “him throw her down.” This testimony was communicated to the Carabinieri and prompted the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office in Bologna to proceed with the arrest of the boy, who had initially been released and investigated at large. The hearing to validate the measure will take place this morning at the Juvenile Court in Bologna. The boy, assisted by his lawyer, will have the opportunity to express himself during questioning.
After being pushed over the railing on the seventh floor of the building where she lived, Aurora allegedly tried desperately to grab onto the railing itself. At that point, according to investigators' reconstructions, her boyfriend allegedly repeatedly hit her hands with the intent of making her fall. This tragic episode occurred on the morning of October 25 in Piacenza, causing the girl’s death after a fall of about eight meters. Her boyfriend was arrested on Monday on charges of voluntary homicide and is also accused of illegally carrying a screwdriver about 15 centimeters long.
The hearing at the Bologna Juvenile Court concluded after about an hour and a half. The boy’s defense attorney, Ettore Maini, told reporters that his client chose not to answer questions. No further information was provided regarding the statements made by the 15-year-old. At the end of the hearing, the boy’s mother returned to the Pratello Juvenile Penal Institute in Bologna.
The decision on the validation of the arrest and the application of the precautionary measure will be communicated in the next few hours. Tomorrow the analyses of the electronic devices and phones seized during the investigation will begin. This investigation has been arranged in the form of an evidentiary incident and the parties involved will be able to appoint consultants to assist in the proceedings.
