Question Time Shocking revelations on database security

Today, Wednesday 30 October, at 3 pm, question time will be held, broadcast live by Rai from the Chamber of Montecitorio, organized by Rai Parlamento. The Minister for Relations with Parliament, Luca Ciriani, will answer a question regarding urgent measures to improve the security of public databases containing sensitive information, especially in light of recent cyber attacks (Faraone - IV-C-RE). Furthermore, Ciriani will address another question addressed to the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport regarding changes to access fees in limited traffic zones, in preparation for the Catholic Jubilee (Foti - FDI).

The Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, answers several questions regarding legislative initiatives to strengthen the public prosecutor’s powers of control over the interception of communications carried out by the judicial police (Calderone - FI-PPE). He also addresses issues regarding the fight against unauthorized access to databases and the protection of privacy (Lupi - NM(N-C-U-I)-M), together with the review of government policies on interceptions and the strengthening of the Ministry’s IT infrastructure in response to external threats (D’Orso - M5S).

The Minister of Labor and Social Policies, Marina Elvira Calderone, responds to questions regarding measures to protect riders, with particular attention to minimum safety parameters during adverse weather conditions (Onori - AZ-PER-RE). Furthermore, she addresses the issue of low wages in procurement contracts, in particular in reference to workers of a contractor for the Ferrero brand (Grimaldi - AVS).

Finally, the Minister for Family, Birth Rate and Equal Opportunities, Eugenia Roccella, answers questions regarding claims about alleged obligations for doctors arising from a recent law on the crime of surrogacy abroad (Magi - Misto-+Europa). She also addresses the distribution of funds earmarked for the freedom income and policies against violence against women (Ferrari - PD-IDP), in addition to initiatives to protect the single and universal allowance from the challenges of the European Commission (Ravetto - Lega).
