The District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Milan has recently filed an appeal with the Review Court to request thirteen precautionary measures in prison for as many suspects. Among them are Carmine Gallo and Nunzio Samuele Calamucci, currently under house arrest following a decision by the judge for preliminary investigations. The measure of house arrest is also requested for three other suspects, including Enrico Pazzali, who is at the helm of Equalize, a company involved in the investigation into the alleged illicit dossiers, and is also president of the Fondazione Fiera Milano. Judge Fabrizio Filice had initially examined 16 positions, deciding to apply only four measures of house arrest and two interdictory measures, without imposing any precautionary custody against Pazzali.
