On Monday 28 October, starting at 11:00 a.m., the project “The future is today” will be streamed on the homepage of the online versions of La Stampa and Repubblica, on the ANSA website and on the Facebook page of the Piedmontese Foundation for Cancer Research. During the event, the social and sustainability report of the Foundation, led by Allegra Agnelli, will be presented. The document highlights, through significant data, the constant commitment of the doctors, researchers and all the staff of the Candiolo Institute-Irccs, located on the outskirts of Turin. These professionals dedicate themselves daily to the care of an ever-increasing number of patients, continuously improving the treatments offered.

The statistics presented not only illustrate the effectiveness of the work done but also reflect the trust that the community has placed in the Foundation over the past 38 years. This support is essential to allow the organization to continue its mission: to make a meaningful contribution in the fight against cancer.

Furthermore, the Piedmont Foundation for Cancer Research has recently completed the works of the first lot of the ‘Cantiere Candiolo’ project. This development plan represents an important step forward towards the implementation of the best human and technological resources to offer to the Institute. The continuous search for innovations and improvements is at the heart of the Foundation’s work, which aims to guarantee more and more therapeutic opportunities to patients affected by oncological diseases.
