The investigation into the death of the 13-year-old girl, who fell from the roof of a building in Piacenza, has been opened for voluntary homicide. In view of the autopsy scheduled for Monday at the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office in Bologna, the 15-year-old who was with her at the time of the accident has been investigated and has received a notice of investigation. This young man was questioned for a long time before being released. His defense is entrusted to the lawyer Ettore Maini, while the victim’s mother is assisted by the lawyer Lorenza Dordoni. The autopsy will be carried out by the coroner Giovanni Cecchetto.

The girl’s older sister, 22, expressed her grief on a social network, accusing the 13-year-old’s boyfriend of being responsible for the tragedy. “He was the one who pushed her, she was not unstable or depressed, she was yet another victim of violence,” she wrote in a post. The young woman described her boyfriend as someone obsessed with her sister, saying he tried in various ways to get rid of her. She also posted screenshots of conversations with her sister, highlighting behaviors she considered problematic on the part of the boy.

In her message, her sister remembered the 13-year-old with affection: “Ciao princess,” she wrote, “You have always been beautiful, intelligent and nice, loved by everyone and envied by many! Your spirit made you special, and I will always love you, my little Angel. You are yet another victim of femicide.”
